   The reasons other companies do not go to  these lengths to assist their  customers are many. One being the technical ability  to do it.  Our experience helps us to narrow our search, so costs do not get “out of control”. Another reason is liability.  Most vending equipment dealers do not wish to take on the liability of getting this involved in your business.  Since full-line vending is definitely a business, the management of the business is extremely important.  The human factor is an important one.  We work with all sorts of people  from different ages, cultures, work experience and capabilities. If an individual route owner wants to go on vacation for 3 weeks, and has no one to assist them, they will find when they come back many dissatisfied locations.  That is only one way to lose a location.
